Always great service with NSG. It’s been the same service guy anytime we call and he is fantastic (Juan). I don’t have anything negative to say. Completely satisfied with the installation and maintenance of our unit.

Nick sent over a very professional individual named Juan. He was polite, very informative and best of all listened to my concerns. He found the issue and took care of it. This was easy to set up a service call and Juan was even early to the appointment. Thanks NSG!!

My AC unit decided to die on Saturday for an unknown reason. Called these guys early Monday morning and they were able to get out to me same day was an easy repair. Being in the middle of a Texas summer I appreciate they were able to get this done very quickly.

I called to get a quote on replacing my HVAC system and Nick came out within two hours of that phone call to look over everything and provide a quote. His price beat the others that I was quoted and he had availability to do my install just a couple of days after I accepted the quote. The installers showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. 100% recommend!

The owners, Maria and Nick, made sure to get me on the schedule right away. The tech Christopher was on time and very quick to get things started and fixed. NSG tech (Juan) did a great job of completing the job not done correctly by Condor Mechanical when they installed my heat pump. NSG is my go to for HVAC needs!

I’m a local REALTOR and one of my clients installed the thermostat incorrectly after removing the Nest. We didn’t realize this until the buyers inspection report showed that hot air was blowing when it was in cool mode. Thankfully these guys were able to come out and get the wiring corrected the same day. The new homeowners will be happy to know that we had professionals come out and to find out what was causing the issue and took care of it.
